Information you provide
We process names, relationships, memories, tone and length choices, generated speeches and manual edits to create and maintain your speech workspace. Only submit information you have permission to share. The contact email on the unlock form is optional and is stored with the order for support; it is not a marketing subscription.
AI processing
Your submitted details are sent to the configured AI provider through OpenCode to generate or revise your speech. Hosting and AI services may process data internationally. Do not include sensitive or confidential information. We do not promise that third-party processing is excluded from every form of provider retention; provider terms apply.
Private access and browser storage
We store a hash of the private access credential on the server. Your browser stores the credential, draft input and current workspace reference so you can return without an account. The full private access link contains a bearer credential; anyone holding it may access the speech. Do not publish it or send it in support messages. Clear browser storage only after saving the private link elsewhere.
Payment and security records
Waffo handles checkout and payment-card details. We store the speech reference, optional contact email, price, transaction identifiers, payment status and verification events to fulfill purchases, prevent fraud and handle support. The payment provider may collect additional email, billing and receipt information under its own policy.
We retain hashed IP-based daily preview counters, request timestamps and operational security information to enforce limits and troubleshoot failures. Network and infrastructure providers may also process IP addresses and diagnostic logs.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Essential local storage supports access, preferences and abuse protection. If Google advertising services are enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on visits to this and other websites. Personalized advertising can be managed at https://adssettings.google.com/ and participating third-party advertising choices at https://www.aboutads.info/choices/. Where required, non-essential cookies require consent. Browser settings can block or remove cookies, which may affect site features.
When Google advertising is used, Google may collect, share and use data including IP addresses, browser identifiers, cookies and web beacons. Retention, deletion and your rights
Speech content is retained to provide the workspace while the service operates. Transaction and security records may be retained for legal obligations, disputes and fraud prevention. Contact us through /contact/ to request access, correction or deletion, subject to identity verification and applicable law. Provide an order reference; do not send full card details or your private access token.
No account is necessary. Without a private link or verifiable purchase record, we may be unable to identify a workspace. Deleting a workspace may end access; export a copy first.
Sharing, children and updates
We share information with providers needed to operate the service and when legally required; private speeches are not placed in a public directory. The service is not directed to children under 13. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. Policy updates appear here with a revised date.
