One-time speech purchases
A USD 19.99 Single Speech Pass unlocks one specific speech workspace. It does not renew automatically and is not a subscription or credit pack. Free previews are provided so you can evaluate the opening before purchasing.
Technical delivery problems
If technical errors prevent the purchased features from being delivered, contact us through /contact/ within 7 calendar days of purchase. We will investigate, attempt to restore delivery or review a refund. A request is not automatically approved. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
Content quality and revisions
AI wording and audience reactions cannot be guaranteed. Disliking a speech or receiving no applause does not automatically qualify for a refund. The pass includes unlimited manual edits and one AI revision for tone or length. Contact support if a feature does not work as described.
Duplicate charges and request details
Report duplicate charges, incorrect amounts or suspected unauthorized payments promptly. Include the payment-provider order or receipt reference, purchase date, amount and a description of the issue. An account or pre-purchase email is not required, but we need verifiable purchase evidence. Never send your private access token, full card number or security code.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; bank and payment-provider processing times vary. Refunding the speech purchase withdraws paid editing, AI revision and full-content access for that order. Fees charged independently by banks or currency converters may not be refundable.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy excludes refund, cancellation or other consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Contact us before opening a payment dispute where possible so we can investigate promptly.
