Agreement and contact
By using speakoccasion.app or purchasing a speech pass, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be able to enter a binding agreement. Contact us through /contact/ for service, billing or privacy questions.
What you purchase
The Single Speech Pass costs USD 19.99 before any applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. This is a one-time purchase for one specific speech workspace, not a subscription, credit pack or unlimited-speech plan. It includes the complete generated speech, unlimited manual edits, one AI revision, the teleprompter, practice timer and exports. Another speech requires another pass.
An AI revision rebuilds this speech using your original details and selected tone or length adjustment. It may replace manual edits; export a copy first. A failed revision does not use your included revision. Paid features begin only after verified payment confirmation.
Private links and access
No website account or password is required. The contact email on our page is optional; the payment provider may request billing or receipt details at checkout. Access is controlled by a private link. Anyone who holds it may view and edit the purchased speech, so keep it confidential and save it for future or cross-device access.
Without the link or sufficient verifiable purchase information, access may not be recoverable. Entering an email is not proof of ownership. Access continues while the service is available; we do not promise perpetual hosting. Export copies for offline use.
Your information and generated content
Provide only personal details you have permission to share. Do not submit confidential, unlawful, infringing or harmful content. You retain rights in your submitted material and may use generated speeches subject to applicable law and third-party rights. AI output may contain errors or unsuitable wording; review names, facts, tone and delivery cues before use.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass payment, access another private workspace without authorization, resell links, overload the service, commit payment fraud or evade generation limits. Free previews are rate limited; creating more browser sessions does not grant unlimited generation.
Breach, termination and discontinuation
For a breach, we may warn you, limit or suspend paid features, remove unlawful content or terminate access. Fraud, unlawful activity and attempts to bypass payment or security can result in immediate suspension without advance notice. We may preserve evidence and report suspected unlawful conduct where required or permitted.
Termination ends your right to access the affected service. Fees are not automatically refundable except under our Refund Policy or mandatory law. There are no automatic subscription renewals. Payment, ownership, liability and enforcement provisions survive termination where appropriate.
You may stop using the service or request deletion through /contact/. If we discontinue it, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and address undelivered paid services in accordance with law and the Refund Policy.
Third parties, availability and liability
We use third-party AI, hosting and payment providers. Availability and output quality are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, and liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected speech. This does not exclude non-waivable consumer rights.
Refunds and changes
See /refund-policy/ for technical delivery failures and billing errors. We may update these Terms with a revised date; changes do not remove statutory rights or retroactively reduce a completed purchase contrary to applicable law.
